The BLC is a Faculty for the highly skilled work in the chosen profession and educates the students to be able to start with practical work immediately upon completion of the Faculty.
The Faculty has been organized in accordance with the Bologna Process, which is a base of the High Education Reform in the European Countries. The direct insight into the curriculum of the BLC is available at the our web site (www.blc.edu.ba).

Information Technology Operators The BLC gives to students enough time to chose the profession – the first year is a common for all Departments, which gives time to the students, until the beginning of the third semester, to chose among the above given professions as well as to decide on the particular course of study within the chosen profession.
The advantage of BLC studying and its special quality of education is based on the new concept of the high education :
With studying which lasts three years /six semesters/ ;
With approximately equal number of obligatory and of optional subjects;
With importance given to the foreign languages;
With practical Information Technology education at the first year;
With application of "case-method", "role-play" and other modern educational methods and techniques;
With credits /points/ in accordance with regulations of the ECTS /European Credit System/;
With accessibility/mobility of students within the Faculty as well as towards the other faculties. The BLC enables students to successfully complete the Faculty due to the following:
Duration of the subjects is one semester,
Enabling "learning on distance",
The students are passing the final exams at the end of the semester, and the mark is given on the bases of both: the shown knowledge and the work demonstrated during the semester.
The BLC Diploma. Upon completion of the Faculty the Diploma on high education is being issued, containing the following: the title of the Institution, the title of the Faculty Program, the educational degree, as well as other prescribed elements. The obligatory part of Diploma is an Annex written in the English language.
The BLC and its objective role is to develop the creativity of the students and their communication skills, the affirmative relation towards the science, occupation and profession. The goal is to educate the professionals able to solve the concrete problems awaiting them in the world of business and work.
