PAR INTERNATIONAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
PILC 2017: CREATIVE LEADERSHIP

Dear colleagues,
On behalf of the Dean of Business School PAR, Dr. Gordana Nikolić, we are pleased to have the opportunity to extend you a cordial invitation to the 6th PAR International Leadership Conference titled Creative Leadership, which will be held from March 24-25, 2017 in Opatija, Croatia.
Traditionally, the PILC scientific and professional conference has been organized by theBusiness Academy Rijeka and Business School PAR from Rijeka, Croatia in cooperation with prestigious international partners.
The goal of this conference is to promote a greater understanding of leadership and management in relation to business, economics, education, sports and industry. Therefore, the research topics of the PILC 2017 are:

• Innovation – the Driving Force of the Economy 
• E-Leadership 
• Crisis in Leadership 
• Leadership in Creative Industries 
• Interdisciplinary Approaches to Leadership

Participants will also be provided with the opportunity to attend a keynote speech, a panel discussion on “Creative Leadership”, expert roundtables as well as academic sessions where they can present their latest research in the field.
The overall interdisciplinary nature of the conference encourages exchange of ideas and experiences among scholars, professionals, and students of social and other sciences and welcomes entries that will provide a new take on leadership as it relates to creativity.
The deadline for early-bird registration is December 31, 2016, while the regular deadline is February 15, 2017, when all of the submissions are expected to arrive at the latest.
All submissions undergo a double-blind, peer-reviewed process which, subject to passing, will result in the publication in the Conference Proceedings. Papers of exceptional quality will be offered publication in the international peer-reviewed Journal of Business Paradigms and other selected periodicals.
The official languages of the conference are both Croatian and English.
