Ecology as a benefit
In the mini-park within the BLC's own yard, students and their professors have been designing a green area for learning, rest, education and caring for unusual plants for several years.
More than thirty different types of woody and ornamental trees and plants have been planted in the permitted space, which are maintained, nurtured and "educated" by students of ecology and environmental protection with the cooperation, help and guidance of their professors.
There they practically learn:
-how many and under what conditions can I cultivate plants from other climates (yew, continental mimosa, paulownia, Japanese lemon,...),
-how much climate and soil (composition, permeability, humidity and water) influence the growth and development of plants,
-how much one plant means in the city environment and how much the city with its pollution harms the plant world, but also the animal world
