INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES, Milica Tepšić, Mladen Radivojević, 2012, 356 pages.
[:sr]This book was created as a result of an effort to address the issues of the foundations and application of information technology in a manner based on a systemic approach in defining information technology, its place and role in modern society. It contains nine chapters and a lot of pictures that show the history of the development of information technologies, categories of computer systems, hardware components, communication devices and media, and parts of application and development programs, all for better and easier understanding by the reader.
Information technologies, like few other technologies and sciences, change and supplement rapidly (almost daily), so it is difficult to follow them. Because of this, it often happens that what is written is very quickly overcome and there will certainly be areas that are not covered enough.
Bearing in mind all the complexity and dynamism in the development and application of information technology, we believe that this book will be useful to students and everyone who is interested in this field.[:]
