We invite you to a poetry evening on the occasion of WORLD POETRY DAY on March 21.

World Poetry Day, March 21, was established by UNESCO in 1999. Pushed to the margins of social interest, poetry is less and less part of our (cultural) menu. The power, importance and beauty of poetic words are almost suffocated by the grayness of everyday life, the contemporary way of life, materialism and interests, the struggle for survival. Still, is that a justification? Was it easy or easier for our ancestors? Each time carries its burden! For centuries, poetry has been an additional strength, motive and inspiration precisely in the most difficult moments! Poetry is here, only we have become poet-colorblind!
