Promotion of the book at the Banski Dvor in Banja Luka - HOW THE LAWS ARE WRITTEN

On Wednesday, April 29, the book "How laws are written" by Prof. Dr. Željko Mirjanić, full professor at the Faculty of Law in Banja Luka, a longtime member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska and one of the founders of Banja Luka College. The publisher of the book, whose printing was helped by the OSCE in Bosnia and Herzegovina, is the Faculty of Law, and the dean of the Faculty of Law, prof. Dr. Vitomir Popović and advisor to the President of the National Assembly of the RS, prof. Dr. Mile Dmičić. The interest in the promotion of this book is understandable considering that it is the first book of its kind in Bosnia and Herzegovina which explains in a very comprehensible way the process from the creation of laws to their adoption by legislative bodies.
