
Description of the course
In the Entrepreneurial Management course, students will be able to recognize, define and analyze problems in economics and management, determine the causes of these problems, which means that students will develop an analytical and creative approach to solving practical and theoretical problems and eliminating their causes.
Students acquire the necessary competencies to perform managerial and analytical work in companies, banks, institutions in education, science, culture, health, sports; public services; government institutions, profit and non-profit organizations as well as other activities. Students are trained to design an organization and establish an efficient organizational structure.
The goals of the study course Entrepreneurial management is the education of specialists whose competences will be general knowledge with a broad and versatile insight into practical tasks within the framework of economics and management.
Students who complete this course will be able to perform the tasks of a successful manager, entrepreneurial tasks, tasks of planning, organizing, control of used processes, human resources management, quality management, tasks of a professional associate in administrative bodies.
Upon completion of studies, the student acquires the title of Graduated Economist - Manager - 180 ECTS
Upon completion of basic academic studies in the field of Entrepreneurial Management, students have the opportunity to continue their studies on a four-year course and obtain 240 ECTS points.
